1 Zmogljivost
1.1 Sistem naj bi bil skalabilen glede shranjevanja in nad-
gradnje.
1.2 Sistem mora beležiti in ažurirati status zahteve upo-
rabnika v razumnem času.
2 Informacije
2.1 Sistem mora zagotoviti točnost metapodatkov in vse-
bine s pomočjo:
a) ustanavljanja skupine redaktorjev,
b) uveljavljanja kontrole pošiljanja in nalaganja
podatkov v datoteke,
c) uveljavljanja politik pošiljanja.
3 Ekonomičnost
3.1 Sistem (strojna in programska oprema) mora biti ce-
novno konkurenčen.
3.2 Vzdrževanje sistema (osebje, strojna in programska
oprema) mora biti vključeno v ceno.
3.3Moramo primerjati stroške usposabljanja kadrov v
knjižnici in stroške pridobivanja manjkajočih veščin
zunaj knjižnice.
3.4 Ponudnik naj bi trajno skrbel za sistem.
4 Kontrola
4.1 Vsebina mora ustrezati politiki razvoja zbirk.
4.2 Delovni procesi za izvirno digitalno vsebino in digita-
lizirano vsebino naj bi bili dobro dokumentirani.
4.3Mora biti omogočeno izdelovanje varnostnih kopij in
arhiviranje datotek.
